The website www.nordhardseltzer.com is governed by these Terms and Conditions, which are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS), and international e-commerce standards.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using www.nordhardseltzer.com, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. They apply to your use of the website, every order you place, every purchase you make, and every agreement between you and Nord Drinks d.o.o.

Age Restriction

The sale of alcoholic beverages to minors is prohibited. The buyer must therefore be of legal age at the time the order is placed. Otherwise, the seller will immediately withdraw from the contract. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age.

The Ministry of Health warns: excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to health.

Products and Pricing

All prices on nordhardseltzer.com are in Euros (EUR) and include 22% VAT. Prices are valid at the moment of order submission and may change without prior notice. Delivery costs are not included in product prices and are shown separately at checkout.

A purchase contract between Nord Drinks d.o.o. and the buyer is formed at the moment Nord Drinks d.o.o. confirms the order (when the buyer receives an order confirmation email). From that point, prices and conditions are binding on both parties.

In the event of a significant pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel the order.

Promotional Offers and Action Prices

Promotional prices apply for the stated duration or until stocks run out. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Promotional Coupons

Nord Drinks d.o.o. may occasionally issue promotional coupons via email or social media, offering discounts or gifts with purchase. The following rules apply to all coupons:

  • Each coupon is valid for a limited time and expires on the stated date

  • Only one coupon may be used per order — coupons cannot be combined

  • Coupons cannot be exchanged for other benefits (e.g. a different discount, free shipping, or cash)

  • Coupons apply only to the products or categories specified

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards: Mastercard, Visa

All payments are processed securely. Nord Drinks d.o.o. does not store full payment card details. A purchase invoice is included in the delivery package or sent by email.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your order (Article 43č of ZVPot-1 / EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of receipt at: info@nordhardseltzer.si. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. We will not accept parcels sent cash-on-delivery.

In accordance with Article 135 of the ZVPot-1, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods (including our cans and bottles) which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the consumer has opened the seal or packaging after delivery. We are therefore unable to accept opened or decanted beverages back.

We will reimburse the product purchase price (excluding original delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, to the buyer's bank account.

The buyer must include the original invoice, personal details, and bank account number with the return. On request, we will also send you a standard withdrawal form by email — available on request via the email address above.

Gifts with Purchase

If a buyer receives a free gift with their order and subsequently returns the purchased product, the gift must also be returned in its original condition. If the gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from the refund amount. Gifts cannot be exchanged and their value cannot be reimbursed in cases of damage or unsuitability.

Complaints

We aim to resolve all disputes amicably. If you have a complaint, please write to us at info@nordhardseltzer.si. We will acknowledge receipt and respond within 8 days at the latest, stating whether we accept the complaint, together with a proposal and timeframe for its resolution. All complaints are treated confidentially.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

All content on this website — including images, text, graphics, icons, logos, and illustrations — is the property of Nord Drinks d.o.o. or its affiliates and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction, publication, modification, or distribution of any material from this website requires prior written permission from Nord Drinks d.o.o.
